Cultural-Leisure Centres
Cultural and leisure centers (centers of culture and recreation) - cultural and recreational institutions that in terms of capacity characteristics correspond to Palace of Culture institutions. They are integrated institutions. In the overall scope of services, the recreational component and socio-cultural events prevail. Actual creative activities account for 13-19% and represent the primary condition for creating cultural products
