Carcasses of large ruminants
a) "carcasses of bovines" in subpositions 0201 10 and 0202 10 - whole carcasses of slaughtered animals after bleeding, evisceration and removal of the hide, imported with or without head, with or without legs, with or without other undetached offal. If carcasses are imported without a head, the latter should be separated from the carcass at the atlanto-occipital joint. When importing carcasses without legs, these should be cut off at the carpal-metacarpal or tarsal-metatarsal joint; "carcass" should include the fore part of the carcass with all bones and with a cut, where the cervical part and the rib margin of the scapular part should count more than 10 pairs of ribs;
