Principle of Reversal in Standardization
The "reverse" principle: the principle according to which anything acceptable under the conditions of an international standard (international document) is acceptable under the conditions of a regional or national standard, and vice versa; thus, compliance with the requirements of an international standard (international document) means compliance with the requirements of a regional or national standard
