Non-conforming reserves of solid mineral resources
2. Non-conforming reserves of solid mineral resources include:
- reserves of minerals in the subsoil, the extraction and processing of which does not ensure obtaining a product meeting the corresponding state standard of the Russian Federation, industry standard, regional or international standard;
- reserves of minerals from developed deposits, the quantity, quality, occurrence conditions, technological properties of which do not meet the requirements of the technical and economic justification of existing permanent exploration or operational conditions for mineral raw materials approved in accordance with established procedures during the relevant period
