Particularly valuable movable property of a budgetary institution
11. For the purposes of this Federal Law, specially valuable movable property means movable property without which a budgetary institution would be significantly hindered in carrying out its statutory activities. The procedure for classifying property as specially valuable movable property is established by the Government of the Russian Federation. Types of such property may be determined:
1) by federal executive authorities responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation, with respect to federal budgetary institutions under their jurisdiction or under the jurisdiction of federal services and agencies subordinate to these authorities, and by federal government authorities (state bodies), the activities of which are managed by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation, with respect to federal budgetary institutions under their jurisdiction;
2) in the manner established by the highest executive body of state authority of a subject of the Russian Federation with regard to budgetary institutions of the subject of the Russian Federation;
3) in the manner established by the local administration with regard to municipal budgetary institutions
