Traditional sectors of economic activity (subsistence) of indigenous small-numbered peoples
Based on the above, it can be concluded that traditional sectors of economic activity (subsistence) of the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the Russian Federation refer to types of activities carried out within the framework of traditional use of natural resources and the traditional way of life of these peoples.
Due to the absence of a legislatively approved list of traditional sectors of economic activity engaged in by family communities of indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, the Federal Tax Service of Russia considers that tax authorities, for the purposes of taxation, are entitled to regard as traditional those sectors of economic activity listed in Article 10 of Federal Law No. 49-FZ, paragraph 1 of Article 16 of Federal Law No. 166-FZ, Section 1 of the Federal Target Program, as well as Sections A "Agriculture, hunting and forestry" and B "Fishing and aquaculture" of the All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activity, approved by Order No. 329-st of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology dated November 22, 2007 (OK 029-2007 (KDES edition 1.1)), namely:
01.12.32 Collection of forest mushrooms and truffles;
01.13.24 Collection of fruits, berries and nuts, including wild-growing ones;
01.25.4 Reindeer breeding;
01.50 Hunting and breeding of wild animals, including the provision of services in these areas;
02.01.2 Collection of wild-growing and non-wood forest products;
05.01.12 Catching fish and aquatic biological resources in open areas and internal waters by non-agricultural producers;
05.01.22 Catching fish and aquatic biological resources in rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ponds by non-agricultural producers
