State Healthcare System
3. The state healthcare system includes:
1) federal executive bodies in the field of health protection and their territorial bodies, the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences;
2) executive bodies of state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection, management bodies in the field of health protection of other federal executive bodies (excluding the federal executive bodies specified in paragraph 1 of this part);
3) medical and pharmaceutical organizations subordinate to federal executive bodies, state scientific academies, and executive bodies of state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, organizations for healthcare ensuring supervision in the field of consumer rights protection and human well-being, forensic expert institutions, other organizations and their separate units carrying out activities in the field of health protection
