A comprehensive center for social services - an institution of social services under the jurisdiction of state social protection agencies of Russian Federation subjects or municipal social protection agencies, established in order to provide families and individual citizens who have fallen into a difficult life situation with assistance in realizing their legal rights and interests, support in improving their social and material status, as well as psychological well-being

1.1. The State (Municipal) Institution "Complex Center for Social Services for the Population" (hereinafter - Center) is established with the aim of providing assistance to families and individual citizens (hereinafter - citizens) who have fallen into a difficult life situation in realizing their legal rights and interests, facilitating improvement of their social and material status, as well as psychological condition
