Aviation Personnel
1. Air personnel includes individuals who have professional training, carry out activities related to the safety of aircraft flights or aviation security, organize, conduct, ensure and service air transport and aircraft flights, perform aviation operations, organize the use of airspace, organize and service air traffic, and are included in the lists of aviation personnel specialists. Lists of aviation personnel specialists by types of aviation are approved by authorized bodies responsible for state regulation of activities in the respective fields of civil aviation, state aviation, and experimental aviation.
