Retroactive period
Retroactive period - a period of time established by the insurance contract, which begins with the date specified in the contract, preceding the date of conclusion of the insurance contract, and ends at the moment the insurance term commences. At the same time, insurance applies to defects in work committed during the retroactive period, provided that damage caused as a result of these defects occurred during the insurance term.

retroactive period - the period preceding the commencement of the insurance contract term, during which defects in work were allowed, leading, during the term of the insurance contract, to the occurrence of an insured event;
