Bobbin Tulle
B. Bobbin lace is a special type of lace with three types of threads: straight parallel main threads, as in ordinary lace, threads forming the pattern, which are alternately aligned along the length of the straight threads and temporarily switch to another (usually adjacent) straight thread, thus creating triangular cells, between which there are spaces in the shape of trapezoids or other forms, and winding threads, which wrap around the straight base and secure the pattern-forming threads on it (see figure 3). Opaque parts of the pattern are created by the close grouping of several similar triangular cells.
