Registration of Burial
Burial registration - an entry in the registration book regarding the burial of a deceased person based on a death certificate and funeral order form, carried out at the cemetery office and containing the surname, first name, patronymic of the deceased, dates of birth and death, date of burial, numbers of the quarter, sector and grave where the body (remains) are buried, as well as the surname, first name and patronymic of the person responsible for the grave
