Revenue and expenditure estimate for income-generating activities - a document prepared by the client for the current fiscal year, approved in accordance with the procedures established by the chief financial officer, and determining the volumes of non-budget funds inflows, specifying the sources of formation and directions of use of these funds according to the code of the chief financial officer of the federal budget and the code of the classification of operations of the government sector (hereinafter - the code of economic expenditure classification)
