<*> A bank of regional significance should be understood as a bank occupying a significant position in the market (relevant segment of the market) for banking or financial services within the region. The bank's position on the market (segment of the market) may be considered significant if its share in the provision of relevant services constitutes 10% or more of the volume of such services provided in the region (for Moscow, this indicator is 1% or more of the volume of services calculated without considering operations of Sberbank of Russia)
