Height of adoption of a decision
absolute decision height (DA) or relative decision height (DH) - the established absolute or relative height during a precision approach or an approach with vertical guidance, at which a go-around should be initiated if the required visual contact with aids for continuing the approach is not established. Absolute decision height (DA) is measured from mean sea level, while relative decision height (DH) is measured from the elevation of the runway threshold. In cases where both terms are used, for convenience the form "absolute (relative) decision height" and the abbreviation "DA/H" is applied;
