Transitional Strike

A strike that began and did not end within a calendar month is considered ongoing regardless of its duration. A strike is also considered ongoing if it is related to one labor dispute involving workers of one territorially separate unit (organization) or several territorially separate units within the same enterprise (one organization) at different times, provided that work stoppages occurred within the reporting month and by the end of the reporting month the action involving the last group of involved workers had not ended.
