11) parliamentary inquiry - an inquiry accepted by the relevant chamber of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the Status of a Member of the Federation Council and on the Status of a Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation," in accordance with the procedures established by their regulations, concerning matters falling within the competence of the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation;
