document producer - a legal entity regardless of its organizational and legal form and ownership structure, or an individual engaged in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity, which prepares, publishes (issues) and distributes (transmits, delivers) the mandatory copy (publisher, editorial office of mass media, phonogram producer, audiovisual product producer, organization for production of television and radio products and broadcasting organization, organizations carrying out scientific research, design and technological work, and other persons preparing, publishing (issuing) and distributing (transmitting, delivering) the mandatory copy);
