1. Administrative suspension of activities entails a temporary cessation of operations by individuals engaged in business without forming a legal entity, legal entities, their branches, representations, structural units, production sections, as well as the operation of equipment, objects, buildings or structures, and the performance of certain types of activities (works), provision of services. Administrative suspension of activities is applied in the case of a threat to human life or health, emergence of an epidemic, epizootic, contamination (pollution) of non-quarantine objects by quarantine objects, occurrence of a radiation accident or technological disaster, causing significant damage to the state or quality of the environment, or in the case of commission of an administrative offense in the area of narcotics and psychotropic substances and their precursors, plants containing narcotics or psychotropic substances or their precursors, and parts thereof containing narcotics or psychotropic substances or their precursors, in the area of countering legalization (money laundering) of income obtained by criminal means, and financing of terrorism, in the area of restrictions established by federal law concerning foreign citizens, stateless persons and foreign organizations on the performance of certain types of activities, in the area of rules for employing foreign citizens and stateless persons. carried out on trading premises (including shopping complexes), in the area of management procedures, in the area of public order and public safety, in the area of urban planning activities, in the area of transport security
