Construction Control
1. Construction supervision is carried out during the construction, reconstruction, and capital repair of capital construction objects in order to check compliance of the works performed with the project documentation, technical regulations requirements, results of engineering surveys, and land plot urban planning plan requirements

Construction control refers to the monitoring of work, structural elements, and sections of engineering and technical infrastructure networks that affect the safety of the object, and the monitoring of which cannot be carried out after the completion of other works or the correction of defects in which cannot be performed without dismantling or damaging other structural elements and sections of engineering and technical infrastructure networks. When conducting construction control, those carrying it out are required to prepare written records of acts prepared based on the results of construction control, as well as comments from the developer (client), including those involved by them in conducting construction control
