Military-Medical Expertise


1. Military medical examination is conducted for the purposes of:

1) determining fitness for military service (service equivalent to it), training (service) in specific military specialty positions (specialties according to the held position);

2) establishing a causal link between injuries (wounds, traumas, concussions), diseases of military personnel (persons equivalent to them, citizens called up for military mobilization) and citizens who have been discharged from military service (service equivalent to it, military mobilization), with the performance of military service (service equivalent to it);

3) resolving other issues provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
