Lymphadenitis
Lymphadenitis - inflammation of somatic lymph nodes - occurs as a result of many infectious diseases. Serous lymphadenitis is observed in erysipelas, salmonellosis, foot-and-mouth disease, etc. Hemorrhagic lymphadenitis is characteristic of certain infectious diseases. For example, in anthrax and pasteurellosis, the lymph nodes are dark red in color, with light red or gray-white necrotic foci visible on the surface of the cut; in swine plague, numerous hemorrhages are observed, giving it a marble pattern
