Representation in the Arbitration Court
1. Citizens may conduct their affairs in the arbitration court personally or through representatives. Conducting the case personally does not deprive a citizen of the right to have representatives.
2. The rights and legitimate interests of incapacitated citizens are protected in the arbitration proceedings by their legal representatives - parents, adopters, guardians, or curators, who may entrust the conduct of the case in the arbitration court to another representative chosen by them.
3. In the arbitration court, representatives of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, and organizations may be lawyers and other persons providing legal assistance.

4. Organizations conduct their cases in the arbitration court through their bodies acting in accordance with federal law, other normative legal acts, or organizational charter documents.
On behalf of a liquidating organization, the authorized representative of the liquidation committee appears before the court.

6. A representative in an arbitration court may be a capable person with properly documented and confirmed authority to conduct the case, except for the persons specified in Article 60 of this Code
