Legal Intern
1. An attorney with a minimum of five years of legal practice experience is entitled to have interns. Interns of an attorney may be individuals who hold higher legal education, except for those specified in paragraph 2 of article 9 of this Federal law. The duration of the internship shall range from one year to two years.
2. An attorney's intern performs activities under the supervision of the attorney, carrying out his specific assignments. An attorney's intern is not entitled to independently engage in legal practice.
