19. Industrially significant reserves refer to extractable reserves of deposits (reserves), the involvement of which in development is economically justified and technically and technologically feasible while complying with requirements for rational use of mineral resources and environmental protection at the time of assessment, as well as extractable reserves of deposits (reserves), the involvement of which in development may be economically justified in the short-term perspective under certain conditions
