Self-government
Self-justice, that is, acting in violation of the established order provided by federal law or other normative legal acts to exercise one's actual or presumed right, without causing significant harm to citizens or legal entities, -
shall result in a warning or imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount from 100 to 300 rubles; for officials - from 300 to 500 rubles

1. Self-justice, that is, acting in violation of the established law or
by another normative legal act regulating the procedure for performing certain actions whose lawfulness is challenged by an organization or citizen, if such actions have caused significant harm, -
is punishable by a fine of up to eighty thousand rubles or in the amount of the offender's salary or other income for a period of up to six months, or compulsory work for a term of up to four hundred and eighty hours, or corrective labor for a term of up to two years, or arrest for a term of up to six months.

2. The same act committed with
by the use of violence or by threatening its application, -
is punishable by compulsory labor for a term up to five years, or arrest for a term up to six months, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to five years
