Country of Origin of Goods
1. The country of origin of goods is considered to be the country in which the goods were fully produced or subjected to sufficient processing (reprocessing) in accordance with the criteria established by the customs legislation of the Customs Union. In this regard, the country of origin of goods may be understood as a group of countries, or Customs Unions of countries, or a region or part of a country, if it is necessary to distinguish them for the purposes of determining the country of origin of goods
