Interested parties in relation to the debtor
1. For the purposes of this Federal law, interested parties with respect to a debtor shall be deemed:
a person who, in accordance with Federal Law No. 135-FZ of July 26, 2006 "On Protection of Competition," belongs to the same group of persons as the debtor;
a person who is an affiliated party of the debtor.
2. Interested parties with respect to a debtor that is a legal entity shall also be deemed:
the director of the debtor, as well as persons belonging to the board of directors (supervisory board), collective executive body or any other management body of the debtor, the chief accountant (accountant) of the debtor, in particular
persons listed above who have been relieved of their duties within a year prior to the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings;
persons who are in relationships defined in paragraph 3 of this article with physical persons specified in the second paragraph of this subsection;
persons deemed interested parties in transactions entered into by the debtor in accordance with civil legislation governing the relevant types of legal entities.
3. Interested parties in relation to a citizen-debtor are considered to be his spouse, relatives in the direct line of ascent and descent, sisters, brothers, and their relatives in the direct line of ascent and descent;
descending line, parents, children, sisters and brothers of the spouse
