Register of Expenditure Obligations of the Budget Planning Subject
"Registry of Expenditure Obligations of the Budget Planning Subject" - a list (catalog) maintained by the budget planning subject of normative legal acts and contracts and agreements (individual articles, points, subpoints, paragraphs of normative legal acts, contracts and agreements) concluded by federal executive authorities in the name of the Russian Federation, stipulating the emergence of expenditure obligations of the Russian Federation, which according to the legislation of the Russian Federation must be fulfilled at the expense of the budget of the budget planning subject, including expenses of the entities under its jurisdiction
of federal services and federal agencies, as well as expenditures of individual most significant institutions in science, education, culture, healthcare, mass media, which, in accordance with the federal law on the federal budget for the next fiscal year, are main budgetary authorities of the federal budget, specifying the amount of funds from the federal budget necessary to fulfill the corresponding expenditure obligations;
