The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Justice of Russia) is a federal executive body performing functions related to developing and implementing state policy, as well as normative and legal regulation in the established areas of activity, including in the field of execution of criminal punishments, registration of non-commercial organizations, including branches of international organizations and foreign non-governmental non-commercial organizations, political parties, other public associations and religious organizations, in the fields of advocacy, notarization, and state registration of civil status acts, ensuring the established order of court operations and enforcement of judicial decisions and acts of other bodies, providing free legal aid and public legal awareness, as well as law enforcement functions and monitoring functions in the field of registration of non-commercial organizations, including branches of international organizations and foreign non-governmental non-profit organizations, political parties, other public associations and religious organizations, monitoring compliance of non-commercial organizations' activities with objectives set forth in their founding documents and Russian Federation legislation,
