Organization of an extremist community
1. Creation of an extremist community, i.e., an organized group of persons for preparation or commission of extremist-related crimes, as well as leadership of such an extremist community, its part or structural subdivisions thereof, and creation of a union of organizers, leaders or other representatives of parts or structural subdivisions of such a community with the aim of developing plans and (or) conditions for commission of extremist-related crimes -

shall be subject to a fine of up to two hundred
a fine of up to twenty thousand rubles or in an amount equal to the offender's wage or other income for a period up to eighteen months, or compulsory labor for a term up to four years with restriction of freedom for a period from one year to two years, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to four years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period up to ten years and with restriction of freedom for a period from one year to two years.

2. Participation in an extremist community -
is punishable by a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or in an amount equal to
a fine equivalent to the wage or other income of the convicted person for a period up to three months, or compulsory labor for a term up to two years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years or without such restriction and with restriction of liberty for a term up to one year, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to two years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to five years or without such restriction and with restriction of liberty for a term up to one year.

3. Acts,
provided for parts one or two of this article, committed by a person using their official position, - shall be punished by a fine in the amount from one hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the offender's salary or other income for a period from one year to two years, or compulsory labor for a term up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years or without such deprivation and with restriction of freedom for a term from one year to two years, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to six years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities
for a term up to ten years or without such a term, and with restriction of freedom for a period from one year to two years.

Notes. 1. A person who voluntarily ceases participation in the activities of a public or religious organization or other entity, in respect of which the court has issued an enforceable decision on liquidation or prohibition of activities due to extremist activities, is exempt from criminal liability, if there are no other elements in their actions
