Innovative process
The innovation process is a sequential process of conducting works to transform novelty into products and introducing them to the market for commercial application. In general terms, the innovation process consists of the following stages:
- research and development;
- mastering in production;
- manufacturing;
- assistance in implementation, application, and maintenance;
- disposal after use.
The innovation process also includes activities ensuring the creation of innovations, scientific and technical services, market research, development of a project business plan, assessment of the economic efficiency of an innovation, training and retraining of personnel, as well as organizational and financial activities
