Physical Evidence


MATERIAL EVIDENCE - a physical object, whose properties, condition or location carry evidentiary information about circumstances forming part of the subject of proof. In procedural terms, an object becomes material evidence after its inspection, description in the protocol, and attachment to the case in accordance with the law
