Use of Topology
2. The use of topography is deemed to be actions aimed at obtaining profit, in particular:
1) reproduction of the topography as a whole or partially by including it into an integrated circuit or otherwise, excluding the reproduction of only that part of the topography which is not original;
2) importation into the territory of the Russian Federation, sale and other introduction into civil circulation of the topography, or of an integrated circuit containing this topography, or of a product incorporating such an integrated circuit
