3) the Antarctic Treaty System - the Antarctic Treaty, the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty concluded in Madrid on October 4, 1991, the Convention for the Conservation of Antarctic Seals concluded in London on June 1, 1972, the Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources concluded in Canberra on May 20, 1980, as well as recommendations, measures and decisions of consultative meetings under the Antarctic Treaty and conservation measures adopted by the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources established pursuant to the Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources;
