Actual Wholesale Price of the Medicinal Product Manufacturer
3. The actual ex-factory price of the manufacturer for a medicinal product is understood as the price (excluding value added tax), indicated by the Russian manufacturer of the medicinal product in the accompanying documents for the goods, and by the foreign manufacturer of the medicinal product - in the accompanying documents for the goods, on the basis of which the customs cargo declaration is prepared, taking into account expenses related to the customs clearance of the goods (payment of customs duties and fees for customs clearance)
