insolvency creditors - creditors in respect of monetary obligations (excluding competent authorities, citizens for whom the debtor is liable for damage to life or health, moral harm, obligations to pay remuneration to authors of intellectual property works, as well as founders (participants) of the debtor in respect of obligations arising from such participation);
