Monolithic integrated circuit
82) monolithic integrated circuit - a combination of passive and (or) active circuit elements, which:
a) is produced by means of diffusion processes, implantation processes or deposition inside or on the surface of a semiconductor crystal;
b) may be considered as inseparably connected; and
c) may perform circuit functions (category 3);
