oil tanker
1) a vessel is any vessel intended or used for the carriage of oil in bulk as cargo, provided that a vessel capable of carrying oil is considered such a vessel only when it actually carries oil in bulk as cargo, and during any subsequent voyage following such carriage, unless the absence of residues from such carriage of oil in bulk on board is proven;
