Medical organization
11) medical organization - a legal entity regardless of its organizational and legal form, carrying out medical activities as its main (charter) type of activity on the basis of a license issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The provisions of this Federal law governing the activities of medical organizations apply to other legal entities regardless of their organizational and legal form that carry out medical activities alongside their main (charter) activities, and are applied to such organizations insofar as they relate to medical activities. For the purposes of this Federal law, individual entrepreneurs carrying out medical activities are equated with medical organizations;
