Associated Participation in the Banking Electronic Urgent Payments System (BEPS)
associated participation - through the provision of services for access to the BESP system by the settlement network departments of the Bank of Russia that provide settlement services to clients of the Bank of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the Bank of Russia servicing institution), via the Bank of Russia payment system at the level of the territorial institution, including the settlement network departments of the Bank of Russia belonging to one territorial institution, as well as the First Operational Unit of the Bank of Russia (hereinafter referred to as OPE RU-1 of the Bank of Russia). Identification for associated participation is provided in the Bank of Russia payment system at the level of the territorial institution by a unique message composer identifier in accordance with the agreement on the exchange of electronic documents (messages) concluded with the Bank of Russia when conducting settlements through the Bank of Russia settlement network (hereinafter referred to as the exchange agreement). Identification in the BESP system for associated participation is provided by the BIC of the Bank of Russia servicing institution
