Oil and Gas Transfer
1. The oil and gas transfer refers to a portion of the federal budget funds used for financing the non-oil and gas deficit of the federal budget through oil and gas revenues of the federal budget and funds from the Reserve Fund.
2. The amount of the oil and gas transfer for the corresponding fiscal year is approved by the federal law on the federal budget for the next fiscal year and planning period in absolute terms, calculated as 3.7 percent of the forecasted volume of gross domestic product for the relevant year specified in the federal law on the federal budget for the next fiscal year and planning period.
