Harmful substance in the marine environment
harmful substance - a substance which upon entering the marine environment is capable of posing a danger to human health, causing damage to the environment, including the marine environment, aquatic biological resources and other natural resources of internal waters and the territorial sea, deteriorating recreational conditions or hindering other forms of lawful use of the sea, as well as a substance subject to control in accordance with international agreements of the Russian Federation;
