<*> Natural precious metal nuggets are separate formations of native precious metals in lode and alluvial deposits, significantly different in size from the predominant particles of the precious metal and having a mass of not less than 0.1 grams, among which unique ones are considered to be rare natural nuggets possessing special mineralogical, morphological, dimensional-weight characteristics or their combinations

a) rare natural nuggets possessing exceptional mineralogical, morphological, dimensional-weight characteristics or their combinations, taking into account their collectible significance;
b) nuggets of special historical significance:
related to any historical events or well-known individuals who played a prominent role in history, science and culture;
related to the history of precious metal mining in the country;
received by the State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Russian Federation from collections, assemblies, museums;
b) native ores of high aesthetic value, having an unusual, whimsical, resembling any objects shape;
