Composition of the Highest Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation

1. The Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation operates in the following composition:

(as amended by the Federal Constitutional Law of 04.07.2003 No. 4-FKZ)

The Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation;

The Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation;

the judicial panel for consideration of disputes arising from civil and other legal relations;

the judicial panel for consideration of disputes arising from administrative legal relations.

2. At the decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, other judicial panels may be established within the composition of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation for the consideration of certain categories of cases
