Life Insurance Contract
Life insurance contracts include contracts providing for the payment of an insurance sum to policyholders (insured persons) in a lump sum or periodically in the event of their death during the term of the contract, upon reaching the insurance period or age specified by the contract, or upon the occurrence of another event (insurance case) provided for by the life insurance contract. These also include contracts where the terms of insurance provide for the policyholder's participation in the insurer's investment income and pension insurance contracts. In this regard, the amounts of insurance premiums under combined life insurance contracts are divided in accordance with paragraph 17 of the aforementioned Order on the Composition and Submission of Form No. 1-C
