Lobbyist


A lobbyist is a citizen who engages in lobbying activities on behalf of third parties in exchange for monetary (honorarium) or other compensation, having undergone state registration and possessing a power of attorney from the client specifying their authority, as well as an employee whose job duties include conducting lobbying activities on behalf of and in the interests of this legal entity. Only a physical person is referred to as a lobbyist
