Electricity consumer with a block station
"consumer with a block substation" - a consumer who owns, or otherwise lawfully possesses, an object for the production of electric energy (capacity) and power receiving equipment connected to objects of the electricity grid infrastructure owned by this consumer or otherwise lawfully possessed by them, through which the entire or part of the volume of electric energy consumed by such power receiving equipment of the consumer is transmitted;
