Common Property of Partners
1. Property contributed by the partners, which they owned under the right of ownership, as well as products produced as a result of joint activities and fruits and income obtained from such activities are recognized as their joint tenancy property, unless otherwise provided by law or the partnership agreement or does not follow from the nature of the obligation.
Property contributed by the partners, which they owned on grounds other than the right of ownership, is used in the interests of all partners and constitutes, together with property owned jointly by them, the common property of the partners
