Recycling of organic packaging waste
organic recycling means aerobic (composted) or anaerobic (biogas) treatment of biodegradable components of packaging waste under controlled conditions and using microorganisms, resulting in waste forming stable organic residues or methane. Landfill is not considered a form of organic recycling
